2. How do the heated gloves and socks work?

Our heated apparel uses a safe and efficient battery-powered heating system to maintain warmth evenly throughout. Simply connect the rechargeable battery pack and adjust the temperature to your preference.

3. Are Skaadi products safe to use?

Yes, all Skaadi heated apparel products are made from high-quality, heat-resistant fabrics and equipped with advanced temperature control to prevent overheating. Each product goes through strict quality inspection before shipping.

4. Are the products waterproof?

Our heated gloves and socks are made from water-resistant materials, ideal for snow and light rain. However, we recommend avoiding full submersion in water.

5. How do I clean my heated gloves or socks?

Always remove the battery pack before washing. Hand wash gently in cold water and air dry. Do not bleach, wring, or tumble dry. Following these care instructions ensures the longevity of your product.

6. What sizes are available?

Our heated apparel is designed for a unisex fit and available in multiple sizes. You can check the size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit.

7. What material are Skaadi products made of?

We use a blend of soft cotton, polyester, and thermal fibers to ensure comfort, breathability, and efficient heat retention. Each product description includes detailed fabric information.

8. Can I use them for outdoor sports?

Absolutely! Our products are perfect for outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, motorcycling, camping, or daily winter use. They keep your hands and feet warm even in freezing temperatures.

Shipping Questions

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

2. How long will delivery take?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Paris) or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. If you don’t receive it or can’t track your order, please contact us at contact@shopskaadi.com.

5. Do I have to pay customs fees?

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties. We ensure timely shipping, but carrier or customs delays are beyond our control.

6. What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We’ll help you locate your shipment and update you on its status.

Return & Refund Questions

1. What is your return policy?

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include your order confirmation or packing slip.

2. How do I initiate a return?

  1. Contact us at contact@shopskaadi.com to start your return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely, including all original accessories, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Are any products non-refundable?

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards

5. What if my product is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 4 days of delivery at contact@shopskaadi.com with your order number and photos. We’ll help you with a replacement or refund.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
